🌏 Shipping Policy and Information

We’re based in Australia and ship to select international destinations.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery times below are estimates from dispatch and may vary depending on your location, postal service disruptions, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.

🇦🇺 Australia

Standard: $11 AUD – estimated delivery in approximately 2–8 business days after dispatch.
Express: $15 AUD – generally 1–3+ business days, depending on destination. Next-business-day delivery may be available to eligible postcodes within the Australia Post Express Post network.
Free shipping on orders of 3+ pairs.

🇺🇸 USA & 🇨🇦 Canada

Standard: $25 AUD – estimated delivery in approximately 5–9 business days after dispatch.
Express: $40 AUD – estimated delivery in approximately 3–6 business days after dispatch.
Free shipping on orders of 3+ pairs.

International delivery estimates do not include delays that may occur during customs clearance.

🌍 Rest of World

Standard: $30–35 AUD – estimated delivery in approximately 4–25+ business days, depending on destination.
Express: $40–50 AUD – generally 3–8+ business days to many major destinations.
Free shipping on orders of 5+ pairs.

International services and delivery times vary by destination and may be affected by local postal services, customs processing or temporary service disruptions.

🚚 Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available in accordance with our Refund & Exchanges Policy, which includes full details about eligibility, return shipping costs and how to arrange a return or exchange.

📦 Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, customs fees or inspections determined by the destination country.

Customs rules and tax thresholds vary by country and may change without notice. Except for orders to the United States, Cool Beans Underwear does not collect or prepay import duties, taxes or customs charges.

Where charges are assessed by the destination country's customs or postal authority, they are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

🇺🇸 United States

The United States has removed the previous duty-free threshold for low-value international parcels.

For U.S. orders, applicable import duties are calculated according to the product's tariff classification, country of origin and declared value.

Cool Beans arranges for applicable U.S. import duties to be prepaid through our shipping partners before the parcel enters the United States.

This means no additional import duty should normally be payable by the customer upon delivery.

U.S. customs requirements and tariff rates can change, so the amount of duty applicable to an order may vary.

🇨🇦 Canada

Canada has a low CAD $20 duty and tax-free threshold, so most Cool Beans orders may be assessed for Canadian GST/HST, provincial taxes and other applicable import charges.

Cool Beans ships Canadian orders with import charges payable by the recipient at destination. We do not prepay Canadian duties or taxes through our shipping provider.

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) determines whether duties and taxes apply. If charges are assessed, the recipient will be responsible for payment before or upon delivery.

A Canada Post handling fee may also apply where taxes or duties are collected.

The amount assessed may depend on the order value, destination province, country of origin and applicable Canadian customs or trade-agreement rules.

🌏 Other International Destinations

Import rules vary considerably between countries.

Your order may be subject to VAT, GST, customs duty, handling fees or other import charges when it enters your country.

Any charges assessed by your local customs or postal authority are the responsibility of the recipient and may need to be paid before delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering if you would like to understand the import rules and potential charges that may apply.

Cool Beans Underwear is not responsible for duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by destination authorities, except where we specifically advise that these charges have been prepaid.
