🌏 Shipping Policy and Information

We’re based in Australia and ship to select international countries. Below are our typical shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times.

🇦🇺 Australia

  • Standard: $11 AUD – dispatch in 1–2 business days, delivery in approx. 2–8 days.
  • Express: $15 AUD – dispatch in 1–2 business days, next business day delivery to eastern metro areas.
  • Free shipping on orders of 3+ pairs.

🇺🇸 USA & 🇨🇦 Canada  

  • Standard: $25 AUD – delivery in approx. 5–9 business days.
  • Express: $40 AUD – delivery in approx. 3–6 business days.
  • Free shipping on orders of 3+ pairs.

🌍 Rest of World

  • Standard: $30–35 AUD – delivery in approx. 4–25 business days (depending on destination).
  • Express: $40–50 AUD – delivery generally in 3–8 business days to major countries.
  • Free shipping on orders of 5+ pairs.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Refunds: Customer covers return shipping costs.
  • Exchanges within Australia: We cover return shipping.
  • International exchanges:
    • Orders of up to 2 pairs: We cover return shipping.
    • Orders of 3 or more pairs: Customer covers return shipping.

📦 Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs inspections, which are set by your local authorities and are outside our control.

If your order exceeds your country’s tax–free threshold, additional charges may apply. Cool Beans Underwear cannot estimate, pre–pay, or collect these fees for countries other than USA. 

For example:

🇺🇸 United States

From 29 August 2025, the U.S. Government changed its import tariff rules. This means that all packages entering the United States—regardless of value—will be subject to duties and taxes.

For United States customers, these duties and taxes will be collected at checkout and submitted by our shipping partners. This means that no further fees will be payable upon delivery.

All products imported to the U.S. attract a tariff rate of 10% of the order value. It is possible that other customs fees may also be payable. We are working with our e-commerce platform and shipping partners so these fees will be clearly shown and payable at checkout ensuring no surprises after purchase.

🇨🇦 Canada

  • Low de minimis threshold (CAD 20): most orders attract GST/HST & possibly duties.
  • Paid by the recipient before delivery.

🌏 Asia & Middle East

(Examples: Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Korea, etc.)

  • Many countries have a duty‑free threshold (often USD 100–200).
  • If your order exceeds that, import taxes/VAT are payable by the recipient before delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering to understand potential costs. All import taxes and duties are the recipient’s responsibility and must be paid before delivery - excluding USA customers.
