Cool Change Testimonial Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

Overview:This giveaway is run by Cool Beans Underwear Pty Ltd (ABN: 76 648 748 207) and is open to participants worldwide. By submitting feedback via our VideoAsk form, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Entry Requirements:

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • To enter, you must submit your feedback through our VideoAsk platform, including a valid email address.
  • You may respond via video, audio, or written format.
  • Entries must be submitted by 11:59PM AEST on Wednesday 25 June 2025.

Prizes:

  • Three winners will each receive:
  • A 3-pack of Cool Beans Underwear
  • Prizes will be shipped in early July 2025. No cash or alternative prize available.

Winner Selection:

  • Winners will be drawn at random from all valid entries.
  • Winners will be notified via email by 30 June 2025.
  • The winners’ first names may be included in a public thank-you email to all participants (unless anonymity is requested).

Consent & Media Release:

  • Participants will be required to choose from one of four options regarding consent:
  • A) Yes – I’m happy for you to use my video answers for the webinar, upcoming book and/or socials.
  • B) Yes – I’m happy for you to use my audio answers for the webinar, upcoming book and/or socials.
  • C) Yes – I’m happy for you to use my written answers for the webinar, upcoming book and/or socials.
  • D) No – I am only supplying feedback and do not consent to any public use.
  • If you select A, B, or C, this will act as your media release, granting permission for Cool Beans Underwear Pty Ltd to use your story in future marketing, webinars, or publications in part or full.
  • If you provide a video response, your name will not be used unless specifically requested.
  • For audio and written responses, only first names will be used.
  • If you select D, your submission will remain confidential and used only to help guide internal development.

Privacy:

  • Your contact information will only be used to notify you if you win and to thank you for your submission.
  • Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
